The following violation of controlled airspace took place in Washington, D.C., at 6:32 p.m., on October 10, 2008.

A young photojournalist living in Arlington, VA, aimed his video camera toward Northwest D.C. and captured an amazing, brief video clip of a bright, cigar-shaped cloud-like UFO that launched a smaller, spinning, glowing, spherical UFO.

"The color slide above was taken by my uncle Eugene at the Pentagon on July 4, 1949. After scanning the slide I thought there was dirt on the slide, so I attempted to carefully wipe it off with a lint-free rag.

"It turned out to be actually part of the image. Upon closer inspection with my 5x loupe, I discovered what looks to me like UFOs above the Pentagon!

"I immediately called my uncle Eugene in Richmond and asked him about the slide. There was a brief moment of silence on the other end. He then asked, 'So you found it?' Eugene then described to me what happened that July 4th in 1949.

"He said, '"We were out for the 4th of July celebration that day when we saw cars in front of us slowing down and looking out their window. Joan (his 2 year-old daughter) was in the back seat and Mary (his wife) was sitting beside me.

'"I remember Mary gasping for air as if she spotted a ghost. It scared me, so I slowed down and asked her what was the matter. She said, '"Look!"' I looked in the direction she was pointing and was amazed at what I saw. There were several objects flying over the vicinity of the Pentagon.

'"We had not seen many aircraft at all that 4th of July so even if they had been earthly aircraft I would have been surprised. But they weren't! They were shaped different than anything I had seen flying in the area. They had the ability to slow down and speed up like no aircraft the Air Force had.

'"I quickly told Mary to get my camera out of her purse, where she had been carrying it during our picnic on The National Mall in D.C., that day.

'"That camera took great color pictures. As I continued to drive, Mary took a picture. The flying objects quickly disappeared as quickly as they appeared.

'"I believe I am the only person to have a picture of those objects that day. Most people I talked to, who were in D.C. that day, didn't even see them.

'"I can only wonder what the people in the cars on the road with us that day were thinking. They were probably wishing they had their camera.

'"There are only two slides of these objects in existence. I have one and the Air Force has the other. I never told anyone

'"I had one for myself when I handed over to the "team" where I worked. I never heard another word about what I reported I saw that day. It was as if no one wanted to acknowledge what was on that slide.

'"I often joked with Mary (my wife) that the aliens even came to celebrate our Independence Day. Joan was too young to remember anything, but Mary and I will never forget what we saw that 4th of July 1949."'

"Eugene gave the slide to me and said he was too old to worry about what they (the military)will do to him anymore. Eugene is 81 years old this year (2008)."

Another alien incursion of prohibited airspace took place on May 29,2008 at 6:47 a.m., in Washington, D.C.According to the witness,

"Early Thurday morning, I went outside on my porch and sat down to get some air and casually looked up in the sky.That's when I was surprised to see an object floating in the sky that looked like a spider with a light on its belly.

"At first I thought it was a balloon, but noticed that although there was a light breeze the UFO was not moving. It's altitude was about as low as a helicopter and was east o see.

"The sky was perfectly clear that morning and even though the sun was not quite all the up the UFO was perfectly visible. It had protrusions of long, stringy arms or tentacles - not really straight but slightly curly - that were blue and white.

"After watching it for about 15 minutes, I went in the house and called two tv stations in Washington, D.C., to see if anyone else was seeing what I saw and they said they went outside and saw nothing.

"I returned outside around 7:17 a.m. and the blue and white arms on the UFO were now shorter and more curly looking and tha sky was getting brighter. I checked the sky again at 1:00 p.m. and saw nothing unusual."

Another alien incursion of restricted airspace occurred on Halloween, October 31, 2007. The event took place at 10:40 p.m. and was witnessed by at least one resident for approximately one hour.

According to the witness, "I saw two UFO's where I live on Glenbrook Road while standing outside on my balcony on Halloween night. I was looking up at the stars when I saw a UFO in the sky.

"I knew it wasn't a star because it was different looking. I knew it wasn't a plane or satellite because it wasn't moving fast or blinking.

"One UFO came in a diagonal direction from the west the other UFO camera from the east. I got my binoculars and telescope to look at it up close. When I looked at the two objects in both the telescope and binoculars in focus and up close, I could only see an unidentified flying object.

"It was absolutely surrounded by a greenish fog or laser type of thing and a bright light following them. During the entire one hour time of this event, every single dog in the neighborhood was barking like mad and growling angrily, constantly.

"I could even here it while inside my house. I also noticed that all night there were planes coming in and out, but I live near a major airport."

Another alien incursion of D.C. airspace took place on September 29, 2007 at approximately 6:00 p.m. According to one of the witnesses, My fiancé' and I were in our apartment when we looked through our sliding glass balcony door and noticed a strange object in the sky.

"Given that Washington, D.C. has very secure restricted/prohibited air space my initial thought was that something wasn't right.

"The UFO appeared to be a thin blimp that was floating far too high. After I realized that what I was seeing wasn't normal, I grabbed our digital camera (see photo below) and she grabbed a pair of binoculars.

"Once outside, the UFO appeared to be an elongated tube, but through the binoculars a triangle could be seen around the white spots. At that time, the object was between 50 to 60 degrees off the horizon from our fifth floor balcony, and was moving NW to SE.

"At one point, the UFO appeared to turn upward and head to a higher position. After that, it continued on it's previous course.

"We watched the object for almost ten minutes, and lost sight of the object when it moved past our apartment building roof. After this sighting, the both of us were left with an uneasy feeling of not knowing what had just flown over the nation's capitol."

From News4:

Possible Meteor Spotted Over D.C. on Halloween Night, October 31, 2005. Numerous viewers e-mailed us Monday night after seeing "a possible" meteor in the skies over the Washington area. There were at least three reported fireballs visible between 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.

Elizabeth Warner, the Director of the University of Maryland Observatory, believes the fireballs were actually a string of very bright meteors.

According to Warner, "Usually it's just a grain of sand moving through space so fast that when it hits the earth's atmosphere, it rubs against it, and so you have friction. That causes the meteor to burn, creating the fireball."

Warner said it's unlikely any "space debris" landed in the D.C. area, even though many folks thought it was right above Washington.

There have been other reported sightings in the past, like a fireball seen in Fairfax County in 1992, but officials said it's rare for so many people to see the same thing on the same night. If you happened to see bright lights in the sky at about 9:15 p.m., let us know.

Another alien incursion of the nation's capitol occurred in 1968. According to one of the witnesses, "While acting as Duty Tower Controller at ECG in North Carolina, I received a call around 10:30 p.m. from the radio operator.

"He patched me in on the landline where I listened to Washington Center, Military sources - including the Duty Officer in the control tower - while they described the UFO hovering over the runway.

"The craft was reportedly silver in color. It was an approximately 30 foot long, cigar-shaped vehicle with two orange port holes on the side, and a flashing green light below.

"The UFO reportedly made a "whirring" sound. The UFO was tracked on radar by Washington Center as it departed up the Potomac River at approximately 100 kilometers per second directly over the White House where it turned skyward and disappeared in a flash."

This last detail is very important. It indicates the use of Stargate, space/warping technology as reported in my book

WDC UFO REPORT #241

Another alien incursion of Washington, D.C., occurred on March 5, 2007 at approximately 7:00 p.m. At that time, two UFOs were observed. One of the UFOs was a saucer-shaped craft with yellow flashing lights. It hovered near treetop level and made no sound - a clear violation of air traffic regulations.

According to the witness, the first UFO was approached by a second UFO that had a triangular shape. This other alien craft was also silent. It was not well lit and appeared to have a bronze or metallic color.

The second UFO approached the first UFO and hovered nearby. Then, the second UFO seemed to fade slowly from view, possibly obscured by low clouds or it may have used an optical stealth shield.

The witness observed this alien incursion for approximately 10 minutes, before he had to leave the area. He noted that the first UFO was still clearly visible as he left the D.C. location.

Another incursion of prohibited airspace over the capitol took place on 1/27/2007 at approximately 12:30 p.m.

According to one of the witnesses, "During the Antiwar Rally, I saw a huge UFO over Capitol Hill. At that time, a fireball streaked high overhead from south to north. This was a DAYTIME SIGHTING.

"The persistent long tail was bright color of electric-arc blue mixed with violet. The color and brightness appeared like lightning from my perspective.

"The head of the UFO grew larger as it moved from my right to left high in the sky, directly over the Capitol Building and behind the speaker's stage.

"I was located in the National Mall between the Capitol and the Washington Monument. I was facing east, standing almost directly in front of the speakers stage about 100 feet back when I saw this UFO streak overhead. It happened about halfway through the scheduled speakers presentations.

"I was awed and blown away for quite a while, and I wondered whether anyone else in the crowd witnessed this! I was initially frightened by the streak or dart of light I saw in the sky over Capitol Hill. I thought at first a big firework, then I saw how high up it was - thousands of feet, or several miles.

"Then I thought it was a missile, and the fireball got somewhat larger as it traveled so I actually expected a loud explosion, but only silence happened, and the tail faded without leaving any smoke or cloud whatsoever.

"The tail of a normal meteor would have left a thin remnant smoke or cloud trail like a contrail, but I repeatedly sought for a wisp of smoke to try to understand what I was seeing - and saw only CLEAR BLUE SKY AND SUN - BOTH BEFORE AND AFTER! AND my early impression is this flew straight LIKE AN ARROW! Why?

"Because the tail was very long and persisted way too long to be a normal meteor. You see, a normal meteor is colored incandescent white or bright sun yellow, with a short tail because the tail tracks closely to the head of the meteor.

"But THIS object - the tail continued for at least 20 degrees of sky before the entire display faded all at once. The color of the tail was an electric blue - like an arc welder, but deeper.

"It was blue fringed with violet - FULL LENGTH- and I think the head of the object. As it progressed and grew bigger, it was more violet than blue. It was moving south to north, from the direction of the sun towards north.

"I turned and looked at the faces of the crowd together with the media risers close behind me, but there was NO REACTION AT ALL! That really bothered me, too!"

It should be noted that blue UFOs were also sighted over Capitol Hill in 1952, 2002 and 2004

WDC UFO REPORT #239

Here is another example of UFOs accidentally being photographed over Capitol Hill. According to the photographer, "I took a cell phone picture of the U.S. Capitol after I watched the arrival of President Ford's body there the night of Dec. 30, 2006, at approximately 8:00 p.m.

"I was standing in the middle of East Capitol Street facing the Capitol and facing generally west. I did not see anything strange with my bare eyes, but when I took the cell phone picture of the Capitol there are these three lights shaped like oval objects that show up.

"I took other pictures of the Capitol earlier that night and did not see any lights in the background. I tried to send the image via the e-mail address ufocntr@nwlink.com but am not sure that is the right address.

"I am sending it to the address on the web page I apologize if this is not worth noting. I thought that it looked strange upon seeing the picture."

Although Peter Davenport chose not to post this image on his web site, he said: "The photo shows multiple lights above the Capitol Building, which look somewhat reminiscent of landing lights on approaching airliners.

"However, the camera is pointed generally to the east, and no airliners are in that part of the sky near the Capitol. They would be far to the west of the National Mall, as they approach Reagan International Airport.

"We suspect that the objects may be lens flares, generated by the bright lights, which light the front of the Capitol Building."

A local DC resident I will call "XX" wrote: "My Dad said it was November 16, 2006, some time in the middle of the night. My parents live in Northwest DC, on the edge of Rock Creek Park. Their bedroom has a large, cathedral-style window facing East and their bed faces this window.

"My Mom said Dad suddenly woke up in bed pointing to the sky, shouting, 'It's a space ship! Look!' She didn't have her glasses on and was in the bathroom and never saw it. Dad said that in the sky was a large ship with white lights all around it and that it looked like one of the UFOs in Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind.

"It stayed there in the sky for about two minutes before a cloud came and covered it. My Dad has never had a UFO experience (as far as I know) and doesn't talk much about UFOs except that he has always declared that Earth is a psychiatric home for disturbed galactic citizens.

"The rest of my family, most of whom snickered during the '90s when I was having really wild experiences with ET craft, are now sobering up and much more accepting of the phenomena - especially now that my Dad is a believer."

Todd wrote: "XX's father saw a UFO up close to his house on 11/16/06..REAL CLOSE! None of us consciously invited the UFOs over for tea and crumpets, so one wonders if it was friend or foe stopping by.

"Neither XX or I have seen anything physically manifest here in DC, so why her father would be first out of our clan to see an alien spacecraft is odd to say the least. However, it's good to know we're getting close to whatever reason we ended up involved with ET stuff in the first place, as it certainly doesn't fit into my Army job or school at ***.

"I'll see if XX is willing to post her family's ET experiences on her blog."

XX wrote: "Last night, at midnight, my dad was asleep in bed, when he heard a high pitched 'telephone' ringing in his ear. He opened his eyes and looked out the window.

"In the exact same spot as before, was the ship. Not having any binoculars, he got out his opera glasses. I don't know how much help it was, but he said the space ship was very clear.

"It was way too large to be a star or planet, in fact, it was so large he could see details. The craft was saucer shaped, but he felt it was organic with veins running through it, pulsating veins made of light. He realized the whole ship looked 'alive.'

"It did not look solid, but like a living thing. It also turns out that both nights and some other nights since the first event, there have been military jets scrambling over my parents house at 2:00 a.m. which is highly unusual, for the area.

"Besides asking if we have a telescope with a camera attached, my dad is very excited and inspired by his close encounters and is gearing up to communicate with the visitors.

"He has a light in his eyes and a Buddha energy to him that has always been there, but is really strong now. It's like any vestiges of fear that he was having about getting older and dying are now gone. He has this bright constant inner smile now whereas before he seemed slightly preoccupied and worried.

"Besides really understanding zero point energy now - and revealing that his main champion at *** for his Project on Work, Social Character and Human Development, was a physicist; that he and my Mom knew the team that developed the atomic bomb, all of them were horrified by what had happened and became peace activists ever after.

Todd wrote: "XX's father made contact again last night with the UFOs. That's five times in D.C. now. During his latest close encounter he mentally asked them, "What do you want?" Their reply was, 'What do WE want?'

"Similar to the first communication he had, they are emphasizing that they ARE us. First, we ought to get along with the folks on this planet, then perhaps we'll be ready to step up to the plate and join in with the rest of the universe.

"Although we are still taking baby steps, it's up to us to help the rest of mankind connect the dots with a massive sighting in D.C. on New Years Day - 2007. Keep up the good work! In peace, Todd"

Another alien incursion occurred at about 8:20 a.m. on November 10, 2006 in the Washington, D.C., area. At that time, a cigar-shaped UFO was sighted for approximately 30 seconds. According to one of the witnesses, "I saw a UFO off the lower left side of the plane (South/West.) It would be best described as silver, cylindrical, shaped like a cigar tube.

"No Windows, Wings, Identifiable Marks or Propulsion source. It was half way between our plane and the ground. Taking into account the speed our plane was traveling, the object was either hovering or moving very slow in a South West direction along a parallel flight path with the ground. No erratic movement noted.

"I was on a Continental Airline flight. The plane departed at 7:00 a.m. from West Palm Beach, FL, en route to Newark, NJ. We landed in Newark at about 9:30 AM. I have never witnessed an unusual object such as this before. The sighting lasted approximately 30 seconds.

"There was not time enough to get the attention of anyone else on the plane. The object appeared to be slightly less than half distance between our plane and the ground. I understand commercial aircraft generally travel at 35,000 feet, if this is the case, it would be my estimate that the object was located at about 17,000 feet.

"Visibility was perfectly clear. There were no clouds anywhere. I cannot provide a comparison of the object to the sun, since my line of view was from above the object looking downward. I struggle to comprehend the actual size of the witnessed object.

"It was large enough that it was clear and distinct but otherwise small from my point of view. In comparison to objects on the ground, it was bigger than the size of a large house on the ground."

Another alien incursion occurred around 1:00 a.m. on September 11, 2006, in Washington, D.C. At that time, a diamond-shaped UFO was sighted for about 12 minutes. According to the witness, "It was a very shiny, diamond-shaped crystal UFO, and it sounded like a high pitched whistle. According to the witness, "I was jogging very early in the morning when I heard a very annoying noise.

"I looked around to find where the noise came from and I looked in the sky and there were about 22 or 23 diamond-shaped UFOs.

"I was in the Air Force for about 6 years, and I have never seen any aircraft shaped like that or heard a sound like this. I wanted to see if there was anyone else who had seen these UFO-like things, and I found a man, sitting on a nearby bench, their was a homeless man who was speaking frantically about the crafts, and he ran off.

"I tried to stop him, and all these other people were being drawn to the attention that the homeless man had drawn to himself.

"I met a woman, she was a newspaper editor, and she told me that those were UFO's and I agreed with her that I have never seen anything like it, then 11 minutes passed, and later on, when the light started to come up around 1:10 a.m., and the UFOs faded away and nobody else admitted to seeing them."

Another alien incursion was witnessed on July 25, 2002, shortly after midnight. At that time, a group of UFOs were sighted for approximately 5 minutes, flying over Washington, D.C. It is important to note that the next night (26, July) NORAD scrambled military jets to intercept a UFO over D.C.

According to the witness, "In July of 2002, my family had a holiday in Cuba. While flying home to America, I saw something that will stay with me until the day I die.

"Our flight path took us along the northeastern coastline of America. I had a window seat, and while over land I like to look out at the scene below.

"As we were passing over Washington, D.C., I looked out of the airplane window and saw 'lights' that I assumed was maybe lightening, but the movements of these lights made me realize it was something more.

"I tried to show my husband, but as I pointed out where the lights were they would suddenly 'jump' moving at great speed and he would miss them. Fascinated, I watched for as long as I could which was only a few minutes as the plane was moving away from them.

"The lights were colored, blue, orange, red, and or violet. It seemed as though I was watching something spinning and the color changed as the object turned, it would be in one place, revolving for a few seconds and then it would be gone only to reappear in a different part of the sky. There was more than one object and there seemed to be a pattern to their movement,

"It was unlike anything I had ever seen before. I knew I would see something about these lights in the newspaper and sure enough a couple of days later there was a report in the Daily Mail about the UFO over Washington, D.C."

Another alien incursion reportedly occurred on September 11, 2001, in Washington, D.C. While reviewing a video taken at the Pentagon, a researcher noticed that,"After the Tomahawk missile hits the Pentagon, a small, mini helicopter flies by (raising the parking lot gate thing) and a guy points at it. Then, a few seconds later, you can see a pair of small orbs passing each other in perfect synchronization.

"The motion is perfect - they circle the area two times - about 3 or 4 feet off the ground - this little movie shows how our technology compares to......who ever they are.....

"I'm not an Alien fanatic, but twice now I've seen with my own eyes what I know in my heart were displays of technology that are not of this world.

"1st time at night in the sky's off the coast of Boston (a light in the sky moved - darted off at a speed we can't travel at ) and in broad daylight from my back yard in LA. (dull metal colored disk - standing still - then vanished and I made sure I didn't blink)

"I could see it's shape clearly - very clear sky - no clouds at all) I asked my lady to explain what we both were looking at... she saw it. . . she won't talk about it - that's rare for her....I've only seen the little orb things on TV, but I think that's what's on the video @ ifilms."

A Human Alien Visits Washington, D.C.

According to Harley Byrd, "during the winter of 1956-57, the Washington, D.C., area was extremely cold, but it was a good feeling to be working in a high security position in the Pentagon. I lived only a short distance away in Georgetown, the old section of the Nation's Capital.

"During a successful tour with the U.S. Naval Ceremonial Honor Guard, we had met with astronauts Glen, Cooper, Waly Sherrar, who were the first wave of successful space travelers.

"Also we had visited the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier numerous times. It seemed like every time a visiting dignitary came to Washington, they lay a wreath at the tomb. We had met the Queen of England several times at the airport, as these were some of the duties I performed as a young officer in the Navy.

"After carrying the 2-Star flag at the funeral of my late uncle, Rear Admiral Richard E. Byrd, I was recommended for a top security clearance which I was granted after a six-month background study.

"After being transferred to the Chief of Naval Information (CHINFO), I worked in the Security Clearance section before being indoctrinated into the branch office of the Air Force called PROJECT BLUE BOOK.

"It was a joint service office; that consisted of two Marines, two Army, two Navy and three Air Force officers. The work was routine, opening incoming mail, sorting out what was called actual sightings as opposed to many fake UFO photos.

"We also acted as a Public Information Office (PIO), much like a public relations office. Every publisher's dream was to get the real low down on the UFO situation, which was suppressed by the group that dictated national policy on the UFO matter.

"In mid March, 1957, we received an urgent message from the Alexandria Police Department. The message indicated that two of their on-duty police officers had picked up an alien who had landed his UFO 14 miles south of Pentagon Boulevard.

"The alien occupant was transported to the Pentagon to meet with the Under Secretary of Defense and then shuttled underground to meet with President Eisenhower and Vice President Richard Nixon.

"The meeting lasted for nearly an hour and then, the alien visitor was put on VIP status and was shuttled back to the Pentagon where he spent the night in the Army reception office on the first floor near the concourse.

"This human-alien's name was Valiant Thor. Commander James was on duty at the Security Clearance and Review for the branch officer of the Project Blue Book.

"He oversaw the meeting through official channels and reported the landing and meeting of the "space emissary", as he was labeled by the Department of Defense, to a governing group of high military officials including Secretary of Defense F.F. Forestall and other scientific men of which there were twelve.

"They in turn made recommendations to the President and Cabinet members, the CIA, FBI, NSA, and so on. The landing of Valiant Thor was perhaps the first documented landing of a human-type alien by military officials [simply not true].

"He contacted an individual in the Pentagon who was an advocate of the UFO alien situation. "Nancy Warren" in turn contacted a minister, who was also a private investigator and theologian, a Dr. Frank E. Stranges, who then met with this individual. Dr. Stranges had been a guest speaker at the National Evangelistic Center for two weeks.

"Val Thor landed in Alexandria, Virginia, and met with the President to discuss the world's problems and offer advice and counsel on how to deal with and eliminate them.

"He indicated to Mr. Eisenhower that the world was in a precarious situation and that if the world continued to proceed on a war footing - it would cause an economic imbalance throughout the world.

"Val Thor stayed on Earth until March 16, 1960, and then disembarked to his home planet Venus. He indicated that his race of people lived and dwelled underground and that many of the planets throughout the universe sustain life in this same manner.

"He also mentioned the waves of aliens who would land around the world to help with the Earth's seemingly insurmountable problems.

"He stated that a group from a distant planetary system would be coming to give aid and data to help the Earth's progress. Val Thor spoke of Christ's presence in the universe and that it was heartwarming to see Christ's advanced teaching continuing. This visitation at the Pentagon marks perhaps a new era in knowledge, wisdom and understanding on our planet."

Another alien incursion reportedly occurred on February 18, 1975, around 10:00 p.m. According to a team of D.C. researchers, "A hovering squadron of high altitude, glowing UFOs had just placed America's capital under a blanket of surveillance.

"Before departing, the UFOs would send shivers through the security surrounding U.S. President Gerald Ford, and their mission would also change America's scientific thrust in outer space within 60 days.

"On this winter's night in question, the sky over Washington was clear and visibility was excellent. High above at 50,000 feet, twelve unidentified and stationary lights had appeared. The lights were not celestial bodies, mirages or balloons, nor were they conventional aircraft.

"They were, in fact, UFO's, a name first applied in 1966 by the U.S. Air Force to describe growing numbers of unidentified flying objects sighted around the globe.

"At the three major airports around Washington, several monitor systems handle traffic and also act as an early warning vigilance for unidentified aircraft.

"There is the AACS, i.e., Aircraft and Airways Communication System, the sophisticated radar at Andrews Air Force Base and the GPR, Ground Position Radar, etc. Therefore, besides untrained street personnel who spotted the mysterious lights, there were also the competent operators of the AACS, Andrews Air Force Base Radar and GPR, who were continuously watching the activities of the UFOs.

"At 10:16 one of the lights detached itself from the formation and, peeling off to the right, dropped toward the city. Its color changed from blue to white.

"In a park in Georgetown, the northwest section of the capitol, the light landed and as it went out, there appeared in its place a solid object. Standing where the light had been was a 30 foot, saucer-like object with dome, supported by tripod legs.

"Underneath the craft a door opened from which a stairs extended to the ground and an ordinary looking being with occidental features descended. The six foot tall man moved briskly away from the perimeter of the craft and evaporated before his viewers.

"As he did so, curious onlookers who had seen the craft's landing in their neighborhood ran toward the machine. But ten feet away from the craft an invisible force field kept the sightseers away. The hatch closed, and the machine stood isolated and alone.

"About 10:20, after the being had departed from the craft, there simultaneously appeared a stranger before the security guard at the street entrance to the White House. In perfect English he asked to see President Ford.

"The being's request was refused. At approximately 10:21, a being in a flight suit was seen walking down the hallway to the Oval Room. A secret service man challenged the figure from behind. It continued on.

"A bullet from the gun of the President's guard apparently passed through the being without drawing blood. At the next instant, the stranger disappeared from the view of the secret service pursuer and silently passed through the locked and closed door to the Oval Room.

"Thereupon it stopped in front of President Ford working alone at his desk. The startled President looked up at the figure of a tall, slim man with black hair, dressed in what appeared to be a trim flight suit of silver colored jacket and pants tucked into calf length boots.

"The being reportedly said calmly: "President Ford, I am sorry to intrude in such an unearthly way, but I have a message of great importance which must be told. I am a scientist from Earth's sister planet Venus, which, regardless of Earth's scientific postulations, is inhabited by a people identical to those like yourself on Earth.

"But my mission in being here tonight concerns special knowledge which others in this solar system have elected to give the United States as our chosen custodian for planet Earth."

"Much of the alien's conversation remains classified but some of the subject matter has been verified from executive sources. In general, the visitor spoke of the dawning of a new age for Earth in science, medicine, and other wonders, but hinged his remarks with a single admonition: "Earth must first denounce nuclear war,"

"The verdict of the outer-terrestrial stemmed from an inherent moral law of the universe, which Earth nations had broken by splitting the atom to destroy their fellow men.

"Almost an hour later the outer-terrestrial departed. Upon leaving, he placed on the President's desk a dull, silvery object of elliptical shape with rounded edges.

"The stranger called it a Venusian book � a gift from his planet to America. Simultaneously, several miles away, the being re-entered the vehicle in which he came. It took off and joined the lights above, at which time the formation disappeared off the radar screens of the nation's capital.

"This meeting between an outer-terrestrial being and a world leader is only one of the hundreds recorded since Earth's first nuclear explosion took place in 1945. American Presidents alone have had a minimum of 60 visits.

"On the night of February 18, 1975, as President Ford picked up the alien object and examined it, he called for secret service personnel.

"He also asked for the Secretary of State and scheduled a meeting of the General Staff to be held at the Pentagon as soon as possible to evaluate the strange disk. During the Presidential dialogue with the extraterrestrial being, Ford was told that the U.S. Air Force should learn the formula encased in the disk.

"Mr. Ford had gingerly examined the object, but laid it down, perplexed as to why the alien should leave such an indecipherable thing as a parting gesture.

"Was it really a goodwill gift of science from another world, or was it some diabolical, destructive force that might enslave onlookers or destroy a city? Like his predecessors going back to Franklin D. Roosevelt,

"President Ford must have asked himself some startling questions about this peaceful outer-terrestrial invasion, whose spokesmen looked human and acted like friends, notwithstanding their arrivals were always without warning or prior signal.

"And, in a broader sense, U.S. officialdom was also asking, "Why all the sudden attention which Earth was now receiving after years of comparative isolation?" Even more perplexing questions were being asked by the suspicious military and science worlds.

"If these outer-terrestrials were so advanced scientifically and metaphysically, what did they know about the future destiny of mankind that made them suddenly want to share their knowledge with a single nation, the U.S.A.?

"Aside from these basic quandaries, other sobering judgments had already been established which authorities had long hesitated to pass on and for an understandable reason.

"Those claiming to come from our solar system and even beyond often appeared nearly identical to certain Earth races.

"As President Ford may have pondered these revelations that historic night, he was well aware that alien ships of countless origins were now bridging the time and distance barrier between various planets in the universe, the knowledge of which leading nations of the world had denied the public.

"Furthermore, appraisal of the combined worldwide UFO phenomena by military consultants was singularly conclusive.

"They concluded that all of planet Earth was under systematic surveillance by three distinct classifications of alien intruders.

"Those were labeled: (1) friendly, (2) presumed hostile and (3) unknown. Category (1) friendly were usually round wing in shape, originating within our solar system, whose human occupants have openly made themselves known to certain earth governments and their leaders from time to time (such as the foregoing visit to President Ford).

"The same outer-terrestrials had also occasionally appeared by accident, for example the Captain Mantell incident over Godmann Field, Kentucky in 1948.Category (2) presumed hostile.

"These aliens generally came in round wing planes and were of human resemblance from diminutive sizes to over six feet in height. They had, on occasion, attempted to infiltrate Earth by establishing hidden bases in remote areas, and their spacecraft were also engaged in mapping Earth and other questionable activities.

"It is believed they originated from one planet or constellation. Example: the Farmington affair of 1955. Category (3) unknowns who were patrolling Earth skies and watching our people and military installations increasingly in the late 1970's.

"They arrived in space craft of various dimensions and shapes up to 1,000 feet long. Occupants were observed to be of a variety of physiological descriptions, some of which, by Earth's standards, bordered on the ridiculous or grotesque according to their own admissions which are delivered telepathically to Air Force pilots and airport controllers, etc.

"Observations of their space craft by competent observers suggested that their space technology may be more advanced than that of this solar system.

"But one repetitious warning had been delivered by all the friendly outer-terrestrials with whom physical and voice contact had been made. According to informed Air Force sources, that constant warning stated a nuclear holocaust on Earth was possible within a generation unless immediate plans were made now to prevent it.

"As President Ford may have reflected on the promise of sudden increased knowledge for this world in exchange for abandoning the international nuclear race, 2700 scientists, engineers, physicists, astronomers, geophysicists, mathematicians, geologists and radio engineers were occupied 24 hours a day at the Goddard Center in Maryland, keeping watch on a more disturbing phenomena.

"A magnetically weak but inhabited alien planet, over twice the size of Earth, had wandered into our solar system and attached itself to the force field between the sun and Earth.

"By the year 2,000 this oncoming intruder could possibly regress the climate where a third of the world's people are located towards another Ice Age.

"Its effects were particularly being felt in the northern latitudes where teams of American, Canadian, Japanese and Russian meteorologists and weather men daily gathered the evidence of an abrupt change in world weather patterns.

"But, underlying these hidden discoveries and new knowledge of outer space, the real question being asked by the world's leaders was how to tell the public without creating panic. Collective scientific minds working on the secret already were aware of these explosive truths and the problems they presented.

"But how much of the biased viewpoints of our history, religion, philosophy, and science would have to be discarded in order to make way for the new 20th century revelations?

"These revelations clearly indicate: Earthlings are not isolated, but in fact are part of an interplanetary league of intelligent creatures.

"Our counterparts from planets nearby and other destinations light years away are trying to give warring Earth nations a message.

"The aliens are telling us to stop the nuclear race and destroy our stockpiles before we destroy our planet and its civilizations. In return for heeding this advice, they would provide Earthmen with the advanced technological, scientific. and medical secrets of the Universe."

According to another D.C. resident, "It was a hot July night in 1952 and my parents and I were sitting in our backyard trying to cool off.

"My mother and I were lying on a blanket, looking at the stars. My mother was pointing out various constellations to me when I noticed a small green, disc-shaped object circling in a tight oval path.

"I watched it for about 20 minutes. It seemed to me very small and far away. I asked my parents what it was. They had no idea, but they became quite interested in it.

"My mother eventually went into the house and phoned someone to report what we were seeing. I don't know who she phoned, police, media, or whatever.

"The following morning, our newspapers (Washington Post, Washington Daily News, etc.) were full of front page reports of UFOs over DC.

"The photos that appeared in our newspapers in no way resembled what my parents and I had observed. With 50-some years of hindsight, I now wonder if I witnessed a "mother ship" to the objects that were photographed over D.C. that night.

"I know this report is way out in left field from what was originally reported about this event, but I think maybe my parents and I saw something in addition to what was reported in the media at that time."

WDC UFO REPORT #227

The team of D.C. researchers reported that, "On February 17, 1947, five round wing planes appeared at 8:00 P.M. over Arlington, Virginia. They stopped in midair and hovered over the tomb of World War I's Unknown Soldier.

"A German plane broke formation and landed in an open area near the tomb. The door of the craft opened and darkened forms brought out the bodies of the 30 American airmen who had perished two days before.

"There is a spirit, believed to be that of the Unknown Soldier, which had appeared often in the past whenever a body lay in state under the Capitol Rotunda.

"It was seen by many at Kennedy's death; it appeared when the body of President Eisenhower lay in state, and also appeared on the death of President Hoover, Johnson and other notable Americans.

"The night of February 12, as the Germans placed the bodies of the dead airmen before the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, completing their task, they stepped back and surveyed the darkened scene for a moment before entering their airships.

"As they watched, the apparition of the dead doughboy of the American Expeditionary Force in World War I was suddenly seen again. It gave a brisk salute and then vanished. The Germans themselves swear this appearance took place.

"What arrangements were made with the next of kin is not known. Nevertheless, 30 men of all ranks were buried with full military honors at the cemetery. (Today in a nearby building a bronze plaque reposes, inscribed with the names of the young heroes � and how they died in the center of the Earth.

"The plaque will be erected in the year 2000 A.D.) From Arlington Cemetery three of the German saucers stopped above the Capitol Building and two hovered over the White House where the Truman�s lived. Simultaneously, all five shone powerful searchlights on the buildings below. The Washington military was alerted.

"Then the German Commander spoke via the Air Force radio channel. He said: "This display of our strength is a warning. If we so wished we could destroy both your White House and Capitol with deadly rays and within five minutes both historic places would be only ashes.

"Send no more armed military expeditions below unless America wants full scale war," the German warned. "If it is war you seek, then we shall fight you, but as for New Germany, we prefer peace and the friendship of America."

"The voice finished by saying "the real enemy of both our peoples is Russia." All night the German saucers hovered over Washington. Little did they suspect the U.S. chose not to show any of its military strength from the arsenal of over 500 laser equipped round wing planes hidden across the land. The German craft departed westward at 9:00 A.M. the next day in a burst of speed.

The following report is also from the team of D.C. researchers: "On December 7, 1941, when the U.S. entered World War II, UFO's were first sighted in number over the White House, and the U.S. Capitol Building. Antiaircraft fire from guns located in the center of Washington, D.C., sent up a barrage of metal that literally surprised the extra-terrestrials.

"Thus, as the hovering UFO's took evasive action, an Air Corps radar observer noted a hit on one spacecraft, which left formation and was seen vanishing into a large mothership located at 35,000 feet.

"This event was the first of several incidents during the war when unidentified flying objects were seen hovering over various buildings in the nation's capital. It was also at that time that a different UFO design of cigar shape was observed over several American localities.

"These craft required heavy electric power for their propulsion cores and were frequently seen stealing power while suspended above and attached to the center rail of electric streetcar systems. During one such Washington incident in 1944, the power drain was so great that all of the cities� streetcars came to a standstill.

"Power plants themselves became the fast feeders for what came to be known as the 'juice hogs' which began to steal electric power on a large volume basis. These 'unknown alien craft' continued to pilfer power as evidenced by the Eastern Seaboard Blackout in 1975, and the New York Blackout in 1977, the latter of which is documented by U.S. Air Force electronic observation on the site."

According to the team of D.C. researchers, "September 12, 1938 was a special day in Washington, D.C. Caldwell himself took the controls of one of the round planes as it was wheeled out.

"Before daybreak he took off after a dozen maintenance men checked out the ship and gave it clearance for departure. The jet could not lift the mass and weight straight up, but once airborne it could hover. Up like an arrow shot in an oblique line of flight at 35 degrees the round wing plane rose into the covering darkness.

"Less than two hours later, as morning broke over Washington, D.C., alert onlookers saw a strange, circular object hovering over the White House, and emitting a muted whine.

"The appearance of the round plane over the home of the President was a combined salute to the Chief of the United State, President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, from Jonathon E. Caldwell and the Army/Air Corps, which had helped him build the world's first operational round wing plane. But not only was the American President and his staff watching, so was the German military attaché.

"After that 1938 recorded inaugural flight, there would be renewed interest by foreign embassies in America, particularly German, concerning the most unconventional airplane the world had ever produced.

"The Germans hurried up their scheme to obtain plans on the amazing American invention, an updated version of the 1936 Caldwell roto plane."
